                                            PRACTICAL INFORMATION

 

 

Location:

The Conference and General Assembly will take place in the University of Fribourg, Switzerland.

 

The reception, on Thursday, will take place in the Espace Jean-Tinguely Niki-de-St Phalle. The Cocktail will be offered by the State of Fribourg.

 

 

Registration:

The registration form should reach the ELFA Secretariat no later than the 15th of January 2009. It can be downloaded from the ELFA homepage: http://www.elfa-afde.eu

 

 

Hotels:

ELFA has blocked rooms in certain hotels in the vicinity of the conference centre. These hotels and others can be downloaded from the ELFA homepage: http://www.elfa-afde.eu.

Please do reserve your own accommodation and indicate that you are going to take part on the ELFA Conference.

 

Price:

150 Euro for ELFA members, 200 Euro for non-members. The price includes the reception on Thursday evening, coffee/tea and lunch on Friday and the conference dinner on Friday night.

The participants must register for this by ticking the corresponding box on the registration form. Participation of accompanying persons in the Official Conference dinner will be subject to a fee of 60 Euro.

 

 

ELFA Resolutions:

The resolutions drafted by the Board and/or discussed during the conference will be subject to voting on Saturday 14th February in the ELFA General Assembly. The draft resolutions can be found one week before the start of the conference on the ELFA website.
